Angular planetary gearbox with bevel right angle gear and servo motor in direct mounting without adapter and coupling. Synchronous electric motor with absolute encoder. Power range 0.25 – 19.0 kW. Gear ratios from 2:1 – 400:1. Max. torques 27 – 400 Nm. Backlash 5.0 – 6.0 arcmin. Efficiency 93 – 95%. Servo geared motor optionally with resolver, brake, fan, clamping ring, swivel flange and pass-through sleeve, ZV-KS-EZ rack and pinion drive. Includes Stober servo drive, cables, and resistor.

• Maximum permissible gearbox surface temperature ≤ +90 °C.

• Protection class IP65, optionally IP66.

• Standard output shaft seal made of NBR; optional FKM.

• For duty cycles > 60% and higher ambient temperatures, FKM radial shaft seals on the output are recommended.

• Cast iron housing.

• Oil quantity depends on mounting position.

• Oil expansion tank for vertical downward mounting position EL5.

• Standard paint: black RAL9005 (other colors and painting methods available on request).

• Optional with Mobil CIBUS 150/220 oil for food industry applications (NSF H1 approved).

• Optional with LM servo motor or with ME/MEL adapter and coupling for market-available servo motors.
