Backlash-free metal bellows couplings. They feature length compensation, maintenance-free operation, high torsional strength, fatigue resistance, and low restoring forces upon misalignment. Optional stainless steel, welded, and separable versions are available.
Safety claw couplings with elastomer inserts of varying hardness, which modify properties ranging from vibration damping to torsional stiffness. Preloading the connecting elements in the jaws allows for a backlash-free version suitable for servo drives.
Bearing-mounted safety overload couplings with single or double ball or bush bearings. They offer a compact torque-limiting solution. Used for indirect drives, pulley assembly, and gear assemblies.
Safety overload couplings with elastomer inserts as compensation elements. Various insert hardness levels offer optimal solutions for applications exposed to vibration, shock, and harsh operating conditions.
Safety overload couplings with metal bellows as compensation elements. Thanks to their completely backlash-free and precise design, thanks to the metal bellows as compensation element, they protect any servo drive.
Safety couplings combined with a very light, stiff and precise aluminum tube contribute to high efficiency and are the ideal solution for mechanical synchronization of linear units or lifting mechanisms over long distances.
Magnetic safety clutches are used when long-term protection against frequent overloads is required. They operate completely wear-free, making them durable and maintenance-free. Two variants are available: permanent magnet and hysteresis.
Clamping rings, expansion rings, clamping bushes, and fastening elements from the German company KBK Antriebstechnik available on DEMERO.
The precise positioning of the pins and bushings in articulated couplings ensures minimal backlash. They can be used in positioning applications. They compensate for very large axial deviations with minimal restoring forces and in a very compact installation space.
Spring clutches with a unique slot design and variable angular position can compensate for potential shaft deflections and transmit relatively high torques in a compact design. They are characterized by high stiffness.
