Special Mixing Technology:

The unique efficiency of the bottom-mounted magnetic stirrer lies in its contactless impeller rotation, generated purely by magnetic fields.
As there is no rotating drive shaft, no complex sealing of the shaft through the tank wall is required.
The contact-free coupling enables torque transfer in the range of 1 – 75 Nm.
With its GMP- and FDA-compliant design, the system is suitable for CIP (Cleaning-In-Place) and SIP (Sterilization-In-Place).
Thanks to the eccentric mounting of the stirrer, the installation of baffles is unnecessary.
In baffle-free configurations, magnetic stirrers are especially effective for homogenizing volumes up to 40 m³.

The mixing head is customized to the task, with various geometries available, including impellers, propellers, and disc stirrers.
Optionally, the magnetic stirrer can be equipped with a rotational speed control sensor, which helps prevent exceeding the magnetic coupling’s maximum torque.
