Helical flat gear unit with servo motor in direct mounting without adapter and coupling. Synchronous electric motor with absolute encoder. Power range 0.25 – 16.0 kW. Gear ratios from 4.3:1 – 274:1. Max. torque 21 – 1,100 Nm. Backlash 5.0 – 11.0 arcmin. Efficiency 96 – 97%. Servo geared motor optionally with reduced backlash, resolver, up to 2 brakes, and fan. Stober servo drive with cables and resistor included.

• Maximum allowable gearbox surface temperature: ≤ 80 °C.

• Protection class: IP65, optionally IP66.

• Output seal: Standard NBR, optionally FKM. For >60% duty cycle and higher ambient temperatures, FKM radial shaft seals on the output are recommended.

• Gearbox housing: Cast iron.

• Direct mounting of STÖBER EZ/LM series servo motors possible without adapter, coupling, or dual brake.

• Standard paint: Black RAL9005 (other colors on request).
