Stainless steel bevel gearbox HDV
HDV series gearboxes are designed for use in the food industry. They are based on proven standard gearboxes from the range of single-stage bevel gearboxes (V series) and therefore have identical external dimensions.
Material selection, design, and surface finishing ensure optimal cleaning properties and maximum hygiene. The stainless steel construction of all external components effectively prevents all forms of corrosion and is also resistant to acids and alkalis. Typical product features such as smooth running, high efficiency, robustness, and precision are guaranteed, and excellent availability is a given.
Difference between HDV gearboxes and V series bevel gearboxes
All external parts are made of high-quality stainless steel.
Shaft sealing rings are fitted with an additional dust lip.
The housing and flanges contain no openings or dust traps.
