Angular servo gearmotor KS-EZ

Angular gear unit KS with synchronous electric motor, EZ servo motor. Angular servo gearmotors with a power range of 0.29 – 31.0 kW. Gear ratios from 2:1 to 400:1. Maximum torque: 27 – 400 Nm. Backlash: 5.0 – 6.0 arcmin. Efficiency: 93 – 95%. Optional features include resolver, brake, fan, single-cable servo motor with EnDat 3.0 encoder, clamping ring, rotating flange with through bushing, and rack-and-pinion drive ZV-KS-EZ. Supplied complete with SB6, SD6, SC6, and SI6 servo drives.

• Ambient temperature range: 0 °C to 40 °C (other ranges available upon request).

• Filled with synthetic grease CLP HC ISO VG 150.

• Maximum permissible gearbox surface temperature ≤ +90 °C.

• Protection class IP65, optionally IP66.

• Standard output shaft seal made of NBR; optional FKM.

• For duty cycles > 60% and higher ambient temperatures, FKM radial shaft seals on the output are recommended.

• Cast iron housing.

• Oil quantity depends on mounting position.

• Oil expansion tank for vertical downward mounting position EL5.

• Standard paint: black RAL9005 (other colors and painting methods available on request).

• Optional with Mobil CIBUS 150/220 oil for food industry applications (NSF H1 approved).

• Optional with LM servo motor or with ME/MEL adapter and coupling for market-available servo motors.
