LLZ belt linear drives

Roller linear guide with toothed belt drive for the carriage. Four profile size groups: 40, 60, 80, and 100. Max. feed force: 4.0 kN. Max. carriage load: 210 kg. Max. linear speed: 10 m/s. Positioning precision: 0.1 mm. Ideal for long strokes > 6,000 mm (max. 24 meters). Optional corrosion-resistant and low-noise LLN version.

LLZ belt linear drives

The guide body consists of a square aluminum profile with an integrated roller guide for the carriage. The carriage moves along it using an internal circulating toothed belt. At one end, there is a belt deflection system with an integrated coupling claw on both sides. On the opposite end, there is a plate with a belt tensioning device. This series allows for the creation of multi-section units with a length of over 24,000 mm.
