Properties ELZU two-axis linear drives

  • H-Type Linear Portal – Surface Gantry System
  • The H-type linear portal is a surface gantry system consisting of two Y-axes and one reinforced X-axis.
  • The unit is driven by a rotating single toothed belt, which remains connected through various deflection points.
    Adjustment is carried out via two motors.
  • A single HTD toothed belt with a steel fabric insert ensures zero backlash when changing the direction of rotation.
  • Thanks to the reinforced rectangular profile, higher moments and loads can be accommodated.
    Additionally, for systems with a long axis, very high stability and minimal deflection are ensured.
  • The system allows for the transfer of small loads while achieving high accelerations.
    Ideal for pick-and-place manipulators.
  • Suitable for ambient temperatures from -10°C to +60°C.
  • Wide range of accessories available: adapter, coupling, mounting profiles, T-slot nuts, sensor brackets, etc.
