ELZQ rack and pinion linear drives
External, double linear roller guide for the carriage with rack drive. The carriage is driven by a rack with straight teeth. Three aluminum profile size groups, ranging from 60 to 80. Max. feed force: 900 N. Max. carriage load: 300 kg. Positioning precision: 0.1 mm. Max. linear speed: 4.0 m/s. Ideal for long strokes > 6.0 meters. Optional corrosion-resistant version. Rack type Cf 53, standard h7, optionally h6 (hardened and ground, fine-toothed).

Features of ELZQ Rack and Pinion Linear Drives:

- Ideal linear drive for vertical applications and long strokes.
- The guide body consists of a square aluminum profile with laterally parallel, shaped shafts made of hardened steel.
- The carriage moves along the guide body with integrated, backlash-free, linearly adjusted ball bearings, which are driven on the shafts by a precision pinion.
- The rack and pinion system is suitable for very dynamic servo operations and is perfect for lifting movements.
- The pinion is equipped with maintenance-free ball bearings.
- The pinion is lubricated using a felt gear wheel.
- The standard rack is Cf 53, h7.
- Two quality grades of racks are available: h6 and h7.
- Positioning accuracy: ± 0.1 mm.
- Max. linear speed: 4.0 m/s.
