ELZQ rack and pinion linear drive
ELZQ rack and pinion drive consists of an aluminium square profile with integrated, hardened steel guide rods. The carriage, which has internal linear ball bearings that can be adjusted free of play, is driven along the guide rods by a high precision rack. The rack and pinion system is suitable for highly dynamic servo operation and ideal for lifting movements. The pinion has maintenance-free ball bearings. The rack is lubricated by a toothed felt wheel.
LLZ belt linear drive
Linear modul with roller guide and toothed belt drive of carriage. 4 groups of aluminum profile sizes 40, 60, 80, 100. Feed force to 4.0 kN. Load to 210 kg. Max. speed: 10 m/s. Positioning precision: 0,1 mm. Optional anti-corrosion, quiet-running LLN linear drive. Ideal for fast and long travels > 6,000 mm (max. 24 m).
QST/QSK spindle linear drive
Linear module with internal carriage rail guide and spindle drive. QSK ball screw or QST trapezoidal thread. 3 groups of aluminum profile sizes: 60, 80, 100. Feed force max. 5.0 kN. Max. load 1030 kg. Max. feed 3000 mm. Dustproof design. Linear drive optionally anti-corrosion, splash-proof, with “clenroom” certification for clean rooms. Screw drive with right-hand, left-hand or split thread.
DLM electric linear motor
DLM electric linear drive consists of a rectangular aluminium profile with 2 integrated roller guides. The linear motor DLM unit is based on the principle of a linear, synchronous AC motor. The guiding profile is fitted with permanent magnets as stator (secondary part). The carriage is fitted with the actuator (primary part). The magnetic attraction causes a force between carriage and guiding profile also in the absence of current. This force can be used for the initial tension of the bearings. Several carriages (primary parts) can be driven independently on one guiding profile.
HEW asynchronous motor
Asynchronous motor in power range 0,12 – 30,0 kW. Electric motor in aluminum or cast iron housing. Three- or single-phase in IEC standard. Wide range of sizes from 63 to 180. Choice of flange or foot mounting. Optionally motor with encoder, brake, fan, heaters, temperature sensors, gearbox, inverter, etc.
LM encoderless servo motor
LM electric synchronous motor with permanent magnets, brushless, encoderless. Power range 0.74 – 8.1 kW. Max torque 2.25 – 25.7 Nm. Rated speed 3000 rpm. 96% efficiency. IE5 energy efficiency. Positioning accuracy +/- 1° with Stober servo drives. Optional encoderless servo motor with brake, gearbox, splash-proof and dust-proof design, with a special color. The ideal replacement for an asynchronous motor.
PD economy planetary gearbox
Low cost planetary gearbox in the size range 40, 65, 85 and 120. Gear ratio from 3:1 – 100:1. Max. torques 4 – 110 Nm. Backlash 10 – 30 arcmin. Economy planetary gearbox optionally with stepper motor adapter, servo motor adapter in IEC standard, NEMA standard and explosion-proof execution, with variable speed gearbox.
K-ME bevel gearbox
Angular bevel gear unit K with ME adapter for servo motor. Total gear ratio range: 4 – 381. Acceleration torque: 22 – 13 200 Nm. Nominal torque: 15 – 12 000 Nm.
