Features of QST/QSK screw linear drives

  • The linear module consists of a square aluminum profile with an integrated ball rail guide.
  • The carriage is driven by a rotating spindle with a lead nut.
  • The guide body openings are sealed with a stainless steel strip to protect the drive from water splashes and dust.
  • In size 80, the masking tape is additionally secured with magnetic strips.
  • High positioning accuracy and repeatability.
  • Flexible use in limited mounting spaces, suitable as a vertical axis in gantry systems with short lifting movements and higher loads.
  • The linear module is suitable for cleanroom applications of ISO class 1 (according to DIN EN ISO 14644-1).
  • Mounting position: As required, max. length 3000 mm.
  • Carriage connection: Via T-slots.
  • Module mounting: Through semi-circular slots and threaded holes in bearing blocks, mounting kits available.
