QLR linear guide properties

This unit consists of a square aluminium profile with an integrated roller guide. The carriage, which has internal linear ball bearings that can be adjusted free of play, moves along the guide body. This roller guide can be driven by a pneumatic cylinder or other additional drives or it serves as a load carrying slide unit. Construction compatible with QLZ.

• Maximum length of a single aluminum profile: 6000 mm
• Mounting: Using T-slots and mounting kits
• The linear axis can be combined with any T-slot profile.
• Carriage bearings: The carriage is standardly mounted on four rollers, which can be adjusted and serviced in one position.
• Optional: The carriage can be extended, increasing the number of rollers.
• Wide range of accessories: Mounting profiles, T-nuts, base sensor holders, etc.
• Optional executions: Corrosion-resistant, reinforced, and extended carriage versions.
