servo drives plcopen, plcopen control, plcopen commands, stober plcopen

In the latest version of the Drive Control Suite 6.5-E software for 6th generation servo drives, the following motion commands can be executed:

  1. MC_MoveAbsolute
The axis moves to an absolute position (referencing/homing is required).

  2. MC_MoveRelative
The axis moves a relative distance; the target position is relative to the current position at the start of the command.

  3. MC_MoveAdditive
The axis moves a relative distance; the target position is relative to the position set by the previous motion command.

  4. MC_MoveVelocity
The axis moves continuously at a set velocity (velocity control with position feedback).

  5. MC_Stop
The axis is stopped; the next motion command can be executed after stopping.

  6. MC_Home
    The axis is homed (referenced).

  7. MC_MoveSpeed
The axis moves continuously at a set speed (velocity control without position feedback).

  8. MC_TorqueControl
The axis moves continuously with a set torque/force.

  9. MC_Halt
The axis is stopped; the next motion command can be executed before the stop is completed.

  1. MC_GearIn
The axis moves synchronously with the master; velocity-based coupling (electronic gearbox).

  2. MC_GearOut
The axis exits the current synchronous movement and continues at the last synchronized velocity (electronic gearbox).

  3. MC_GearInPosition
The axis moves synchronously with the master; position-based coupling (electronic gearbox).

  4. MC_CamIn
The axis moves synchronously with the master; velocity-based coupling (electronic cam).

  5. MC_CamInAbsolute
The axis moves synchronously with the master; position-based coupling (electronic cam).

  6. MC_CamOut
The axis exits the current synchronous movement and continues at the last synchronized velocity (electronic cam).

  7. MC_CyclicSpeed
The axis moves continuously at a given speed (motion controlled by the controller).

  8. MC_CyclicPosition
The axis moves continuously with a given position (motion controlled by the controller).
