Worm gear motor is precision worm gearbox with adapter and asynchronous electric motor. In the power range from 0.18 to 9.0 kW. Gear ratio range 5:1 – 83:1. Max. output torque 10,500 Nm. 8 groups of housing sizes from 40 to 100 mm. Standard rotational clearance 30 arcmin, reduced 6 – 10 arcmin. Cast iron housing. Optional anti-corrosion version, with brake, fan, encoder.
VLM bevel gearmotor
Bevel, multi-shaft, right-angle gearbox with electric, asynchronous motor. Power range of bevel geared motors from 0.12 to 30.0 kW. Small gear ratios: 1:1, 2:1, 3:1, 4:1, 5:1, and 6:1. Maximum torque up to 2,310 Nm. Eight housing size groups from 65 to 260 mm. Standard backlash < 30 arcmin, reduced backlash < 6–10 arcmin. Cast iron or stainless steel housing. The bevel gear motor is optionally available with brake, fan, encoder, frequency inverter, anti-corrosion finish, stainless steel version, and ATEX explosion-proof design.
K-IE3D bevel gearmotor
Precision K bevel gearbox with 3-phase asynchronous electric motor. Power range 0.12 – 30 kW. Gear ratio range 4:1 – 381:1. Max torque 6.5 – 13,970 Nm. Standard backlash 10 – 12 arcmin, reduced backlash class II: 4 – 6 arcmin, class I: 1.5 – 3.0 arcmin. Efficiency 94 – 97%. Energy efficiency class IE3.
