Caliper Brakes
BHH bellows overload coupling
Safety overload couplings BHH with metal bellows. With clamping hubs for backlash-free connection of two shafts with length compensation. Torque Range: 3 – 500Nm. Outer Diameter: 49 – 129mm. Bore Diameters: 6 – 65mm. Perfect Torque limiter for adopting servomotors, e.g. in testing equipment, automation techniques, packing machines.
KBE1 claw coupling
KBE1 safety couplings with elastomer insert. Backlash-free claw clutch with pin screws, shaft clamping. Optionally stainless steel, with keyway, other inserts. For shaft diameters from 2 – 65mm. Torque range: 0,05 – 825Nm. Vibration reducing, compensates shaft misalignment, axial pluggable! Characteristics of the coupling can be modified by using different spider elements!
KBFH slit coupling
The KBFH slit coupling offers a backlash-free and precise transmission of high torques. This design allows the shafts to be perfectly aligned with each other. Slit Coupling wirpling with split hubs. Hub material: aluminum or stainless steel. For shaft diameters from 6 – 40mm. High torsional stiffness, compensation of shaft misalignment at low restoring forces. The clamp hub design is easy to be installed. Perfect to be used in hygenic environments. Torque range: 10 – 240Nm.
GK Cardan coupling
Cardanic coupling for a very low backlash connection of two components. Compensates very high radial and angular shaft misalignment at very low restoring forces. Used as a linear coupling, e.g. for mounting linear motors. Easy assembly by inner and outer threads. Transmits high axial forces. Also available in stainless steel. Force transmission from 200 – 13000N
KB2 mini bellows coupling
KB2 safety coupling from KBK with metal bellows in miniature housing. With collet clamps for backlash-free connection of two shafts. Torque range: 0,1 – 10Nm. For shaft diameters from 1 – 25mm. Perfect bellows coupling for encoders, tachometers, potentiometers, servo drives, NC.
MC screw jacks
The Classic Screw Jacks (MC) are available in a total of 14 different sizes. Each of these sizes are available in both a basic version (lifting spindle) and a traveling nut version (rotating spindle and running nut). The load capacity varies depending on the size and can range from 5 kN to an impressive 2,000 kN.
XP electric actuator
Parallel electric actuators XP with ball screw for continuous operation or with trapezoidal screw for occasional operation. Linear speed max. 1 m/s. Feed force max. 500 kN. Movement range max. up to 3,000 mm. ED duty factor 100%. Protection class IP65 or higher. Optional limit switches, overload clutches, encoder systems, control, Ex version, stainless steel version
ELZU 2-axis linear portal
Surface gantry consisting of two Y-axes and one reinforced X-axis. The unit is driven by a rotating belt, which remains connected through various deflection points. Due to the reinforced rectangular profile higher torques and loads can be taken up. In addition, a very high stability and low deflection are ensured for long axis systems. Advantage: Only small masses are moved and thus it is possible to achieve high accelerations. Max. length and width 3.000 mm.
QLR roller linear guide
QLR linear roller guide consists of a square aluminium profile with an integrated roller guide. The carriage, which has internal linear ball bearings that can be adjusted free of play, moves along the guide body. This roller guide can be driven by a pneumatic cylinder or other additional drives or it serves as a load carrying slide unit. Construction compatible with QLZ.
DLSZ omega linear module
DLSZ omega linear module consists of a rectangular aluminium profile with integrated, hardened steel guide rods. The carriage, which has linear ball bearings that can be adjusted free of play, is driven along the guide rods by a timing belt. Each standard pulley includes a coupling claw on one side and is equipped with maintenance-free ball bearings. Belt tension can be readjusted by a simple screw adjustment device in the carriage. This device can also be used for symmetrical adjustment of two or more linear units running parallel.
