Caliper Brakes
PH-ME planetary gearbox
PH-ME planetary gearboxes are high-performance servo gearboxes with increased torsional and tilting stiffness. Their inner workings are distinguished by our proven, high-quality helical gearing. The output shaft is designed as a flange. The gearboxes are ideal for drive solutions that have the highest requirements for rigidity, precision and reliability.
V bevel gearbox
V bevel gear unit, multi-shaft gearbox, in cast iron housing. Small ratios i = 1:1, 1.5:1, 2:1, 3:1, 4:1, 5:1, 6:1. Maximum output torque 5400 Nm. Maximum input speed 3000 [1/min]. Standard rotational backlash < 30 arcmin, reduced < 6 arcmin. 9 groups of gear sizes from 65 to 350 mm. Optional housing and shafts made of stainless steel 1.4305.
WFG shaft brake
Spring-operated closing, electromagnetically operated opening. Safety brake – passive lever brake – spring-operated and electromagnetically released. Braking forces 2,600 N – 33,000 N. The spring-applied shaft brakes provide reliable and precise braking force for industrial applications. They are designed so that the stator assembly is firmly connected to a stationary machine part, while the rotor assembly sits securely on the rotating shaft, ensuring reliable braking action.
EBS FL floating caliper brakes
Spring-operated closing, hydraulically operated opening. Safety brake – passive floating caliper brake – spring-applied and hydraulically released. Braking forces 15 kN – 370 kN. Floating caliper brakes, also known as floating caliper brakes, offer an innovative solution for braking applications with limited installation space. Their unique design allows free axial movement of the caliper on guide pins and ensures even pressure distribution on both sides of the brake disk.
EBS fixed caliper brakes
Spring-operated closing, hydraulically operated opening. Safety brake – passive fixed calliper brake – spring-operated and hydraulically released. Braking force max. 15 kN – 400 kN. Fixed caliper brakes are the robust solution for braking applications in which the brake caliper is firmly connected to the brake carrier. In contrast to floating caliper brakes, the fixed caliper remains fixed in its position, which ensures stable braking performance.
RH manual lever brakes
Active lever brake. Manually operated closing, spring-operated opening. Service brake – active lever brake. Braking force: 500 N – 6,000 N. Sizes: RH050 to RH350. Flexible modular system. Space-saving design. Minimum axial installation space. Fast response time. No servo effect, suitable for braking in two directions. Unlimited disk size
AMK disc magnetic coupling
Magnetic disc coupling with permanent magnets and clamping hubs. Shaft diameter range: 8 – 32 mm. Torque range: 2.0 – 35 Nm. Contact-free torque transmission through non-magnetic housings. Easy torque adjusting by changing the distance between both parts
DRE distance coupling
Backlash-free line shaft for synchronisation operation of two axis and to bridge high distances between shaft ends. Claw couplings by KBK connected with a mechanical shaft. Max. length: 3000 mm, torque range: 12 to 525 Nm. Vibration reducing by one spider element per coupling side
LP/LLP overload coupling
KBK-LP/LLP safety overload couplings with ball bearings, for keyed shaft. Optionally chemically nickel plated or stainless. Torque range: 3-1400 Nm. For mounting pulleys, sprockets
EPP elastomer overload coupling
EPP safety overload coupling with elastomer insert of different hardnesses. For backlash-free connection of two shafts with a key. Torque Range: 3 – 500Nm. Outer Diameter: 49 – 129mm. Bore Diameters: 6 – 55mm. Vibration dampening, compensates shaft misalignment, pluggable!
