QLR roller linear guides
Linear roller guides of the trolley without drive. 3 groups of aluminum profile sizes 60, 80, 100. Max. trolley load 210kg. Max. linear speed 7.0m/s. Internal roller guide of the trolley provides stable support and space saving. Optional anti-corrosion finish.
ROLLER LINEAR GUIDES QLR BY BAHR
The guide body consists of a square aluminum profile with an integrated roller guide.
The carriage moves along the guide body using built-in, backlash-free adjusted linear ball bearings.
This roller guide serves as a support unit or can be driven by a pneumatic actuator or other additional drives.
The guide design is compatible with QLZ belt-driven linear drives.
- Mounting position: Any
- Maximum length of a single aluminum profile: 6000 mm
- Mounting: Using T-slots and mounting kits
- The linear axis can be combined with any T-slot profile.
- Carriage bearings: The carriage is standardly mounted on four rollers, which can be adjusted and serviced in one position.
- Optional: The carriage can be extended, increasing the number of rollers.
- Wide range of accessories: Mounting profiles, T-nuts, base sensor holders, etc.
- Optional executions: Corrosion-resistant, reinforced, and extended carriage versions.
