Due to its high computing power, the SD6 recalculates the position, speed and torque control of the servo axes every 62.5 μs. 					<description><![CDATA[<p>The SB6 is a powerful, compact stand-alone drive controller for applications with up to four axes. It boasts high control performance and a flexible, modular interface concept that can be easily integrated into a wide variety of machine concepts. The series is available in three sizes with a nominal output current of up to 32 A and supports the control of synchronous servomotors, Lean motors, and asynchronous motors. EtherCAT® and PROFINET® are available for connection to higher-level controllers. When it is combined with the SX6 safety module, comprehensive safety functions up to SIL 3, PL e (category 4) can be implemented – including a safe brake test. The safety control uses Fail Safe over EtherCAT® (FSoE) within EtherCAT-based automation systems.</p>
