Servo drive SD6 with motion controller

Integrated applications: positioning, MASTER-SLAVE synchronization, on-the-fly synchronization: "flying saw", speed and torque control, CIA402. To choose communication: Profinet, Ethercat, Canopen. Perfect precision control of servo axes equipped with encoders EnDat® 2.2 digital (optional on EZ synchronous servo geared motors). Allows about 33 million positions per revolution to be determined. Suitable for operation in controller based mode (CiA CB). Best control performance with 32-bit Dual-Core processor STO non-wearing electronic safety function (developed jointly with Pilz GmbH & Co. KG).

Fast servo motor controller with positioning functions, axis synchronization, flying saw, electric gear. Work in the feedback loop. High dynamics of position, torque and speed control in a 62.5 micro-second (16kHz) cycle. Safety functions STO, SS1 (SIL3, PLe, category 4). Work in CiA 402 mode. ProfiNET, EtherCAT or CANopen communication.

Project planning & commissioning

• The project configuration and commissioning software, DriveControlSuiteDS6, features all the functions needed for efficient use of drive controllers in multi-axis applications.
• For example, commissioning is simplified by a multi-axis oscilloscope (in preparation).

UL compliance

• The SD6 drive controllers are UL and cUL (CSA UL) listed and meet the requirements of UL 508C and UL 840 standards.

• Standard features comprise an effective range of measures, among them an integral EMC filter and the high-quality galvanized sheet steel housing. Levels and terms apply as defined by IEC 1131. All drive controllers are CE-marked.
